See All ReviewsI visit this location frequently and have only had two issues since they opened. I didn't make a big deal when several months back a cashier used my rewards points without my permission. I had a free entree coupon I was trying to scan from completing a survey. She assured me that the coupon came off, it didn't. She used some of my points instead. I went to the store two days later and a manger said he couldn't refund my points, but offered a measly 20% off whatever I ordered on the spot . I was not planning to order anything. I just wanted my points returned. He would not even honor the survey coupon ( that was not applied previously) because it expired the day after my initial visit. Again, I was told nothing could be done. Today I went, and I ordered a bigger plate. However, it was made to seem that it was my fault that an employee who took my order did not write it down correctly, and I was left responsible. It is important to note that I was asked to pay for my food before it was boxed. Not doing so, probably could have avoided this situation. I was waiting on Honey walnut shrimp to be prepared. The cashier upon realizing that my order wasn't written down correctly stated that I would have to pay more to go from a plate (which is not what I ordered, but was only charged) to a bigger plate. That was fine with me, however upon assuming that I would only have to pay the difference of two dollars plus a few cents tax, I was told I would have to pay six dollars plus including taxes for the extra entrée that should've been included when I ordered my bigger plate. My biggest issue with this establishment is customer service and accountability. I must say that they could improve on making things right to make customers want to come back. No one is perfect and I don't expect them to be. However, the employees attempt to resolve the issue was ridiculous and a waste of time!!!! A simple and quick solution should have been an apology and not hounding me to pay way more for the food I ordered. Again, I was offered 20% off the $6 for the third entree. WHAT? I declined. Again, that was a ridiculous solution! It seems that they will do anything to avoid giving food away, even when they have made a mistake!
We tried to go to panda express today and was very disappointed when they had locked their doors to customers because of low inventory but had the drive thru open to customers. We have kids and cannot eat panda in a car. My son and daughter were so disappointed since it was their pick to celebrate the end of the season. Thankfully chic fil a was in the parking lot and saved the day. But the worst part is, when we came out from eating at chic fil a, people were going inside to eat. So disappointing.
Very unorganized, I ordered a catering order for a delivery at 10:30 am. The day prior I even called to confirm the food would be delivered at 10:30 am. The day of I received a call from DoorDash stating my ordered had been changed to pick up at 11:30. I called the store and they were very confused due to lack of communication on their behalf. Long story short they didn’t have my food ready until after 11:15 for DoorDash to deliver and it got here almost an hour later.
